At The Will Clothing & Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn’t fit or you wish to exchange it, we’re here to help.

Items bought online may be returned by post (with proof of postage and receipt) or exchanged in-store within 3 days of receiving your order.
No refunds will be issued. We offer exchange only — for another size or another product of equal value.
All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

By airmail: approximately 1–3 weeks

Only a few items such as accessories, shoes, and swimwear are imported to complement our collections.
